The terms URL itself returned a client challenge, not the legal text. Khan Academy's Help Center article updated 27 January 2026, which says it states the Terms of Service, forbids scraping, commercial reproduction, and derivative works. Teaching with the live site is allowed. Charging families for a service built on copied Khan materials is not.

Charging a family for this material would conflict with the terms. PLECK does not charge for the copy.
